• Progress tracking and performance analytics
• Interview preparation resources and guidance

3. User Accounts and Registration

To use our service, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

Free Plan

Our free plan provides limited access to basic features. No payment information is required for the free plan.

Paid Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions provide access to premium features including unlimited practice sessions, advanced AI feedback, and priority support. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.

Billing and Payments

• Subscription fees are charged automatically on your billing date

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradingPlus Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate these terms:

• You may delete your account at any time through your account settings
• We may terminate accounts that violate these terms
• We may suspend service for non-payment
• Upon termination, your access to the service will cease
• Certain provisions will survive termination, including intellectual property rights

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration will be conducted in English and governed by the laws of the State of Oregon.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through our service. Your continued use of the service after changes constitute acceptance of the new terms.

15. Partner Program Terms

JobWarmup offers a partner referral program that allows approved partners to earn commissions by referring new customers. By participating in our partner program, you agree to the following additional terms:

Partner Application and Approval

• Partners must apply and be approved before participating in the program
• We reserve the right to approve or reject applications at our sole discretion
• Approval may be revoked at any time for violation of these terms
• Partners must provide accurate information in their application

Commission Structure

• Commission rates are determined individually and communicated upon approval
• Commissions are earned only on successful referrals that result in paid subscriptions
• Commission rates may be modified with 30 days written notice
• Commissions are calculated based on the net subscription fee after taxes and fees

Referral Requirements

• Partners must use their unique referral code for all promotional activities
• Referral tracking is managed through our system and cannot be manually adjusted
• Self-referrals or attempts to manipulate the referral system are prohibited
• Partners are responsible for compliance with applicable advertising and disclosure laws

Payment Terms

• Commission payments are processed monthly for the previous month's earnings
• Payments are made via Stripe Express payouts, bank transfer, or wire transfer
• Minimum payout threshold is $50 USD or equivalent in local currency
• Partners are responsible for providing accurate payment information
• Tax reporting and compliance is the partner's responsibility

Partner Conduct

Partners agree to:

• Represent JobWarmup accurately and professionally
• Not make false or misleading claims about our service
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not engage in spam, unsolicited advertising, or unethical marketing practices
• Disclose their affiliate relationship when promoting JobWarmup

Program Termination

• Either party may terminate the partnership at any time with written notice
• Upon termination, partners must cease all promotional activities
• Outstanding commissions will be paid according to the normal payment schedule
• Confidential information must be returned or destroyed upon termination
